Project Description
Wanacara is a multi-tenant SaaS CRM platform designed specifically for Bali hospitality businesses — villas, boutique hotels, and event organizers. The platform allows each tenant to manage their clients, interactions, and business pipeline in one secure, isolated centralized system.
Challenge
The client needed a CRM system that could serve multiple businesses simultaneously with fully isolated data per tenant. The system needed to support contact management, interaction history, and sales pipeline — while maintaining a scalable architecture for hundreds of tenants.
Solution
We built a multi-tenant platform using Laravel with a database-per-tenant architecture (Spatie Laravel-Multitenancy). Each tenant gets a custom domain, full data isolation, and complete CRM features: client & contact management, interaction logs, deals pipeline, and business reports. Complemented by a Flutter mobile app for field access.
Result
The platform launched with an architecture supporting new tenant onboarding in minutes. Data isolation features meet international hospitality business data security standards, and the mobile app enables field teams to access and update client data in real-time.
