Project Description
HRK Adventures is a Bali-based tour and adventure company offering exclusive travel packages for domestic and international tourists. Baledev built a full online booking platform to replace their manual WhatsApp and spreadsheet-based process.
Challenge
HRK Adventures managed dozens of tour bookings per week entirely through WhatsApp and Excel spreadsheets. There was no payment tracking system, booking confirmations were often delayed, and the admin team was overwhelmed during peak season. They also lacked professional online presence to attract foreign tourists.
Solution
We built a full Laravel booking platform with tour catalog, real-time availability calendar, integrated payment system (Midtrans), admin panel for booking management, and automated notifications via email & WhatsApp. The website was designed bilingually (ID/EN) with SEO optimization for Bali tourism keywords.
Result
Within 3 months of launch, HRK Adventures recorded a 340% increase in online bookings, with 60% of bookings coming from foreign tourists via organic search. Admin team time spent on manual processes dropped from 4 hours/day to under 30 minutes.
